This program is designed to provide individuals with the tools and resources they need to successfully re-enter the workforce. The workshop is divided into three parts:
1.) Resume Building:
In this section, participants will learn how to create a professional and effective resume that highlights their skills and experiences. They will receive guidance on how to tailor their resume to specific job postings and make it stand out to potential employers.

2.) Mock Interviews:
In this section, participants will have the opportunity to practice their interview skills in a safe and supportive environment. They will receive feedback and guidance on how to improve their communication, body language, and overall performance during interviews.

3.) Financial Literacy:
In this section, participants will learn about important financial concepts such as budgeting, saving, and investing. They will receive practical tips on how to manage their finances effectively and make informed decisions about their money.

We believe that everyone deserves a chance to break free from the cycle of gang violence and find a better path in life.Our program is designed to help individuals leave gangs and build a new life for themselves. We offer mentorship, counseling, and resources to help them stay away from gangs and make positive choices. We also provide support to parents, equipping them with the tools they need to recognize when their child is in a gang and providing them with guidance on how to intervene.Overall, our Gang Prevention and Intervention program is dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of those who are affected by gang violence.
