What To Expect

Welcome to our Back to the Workforce Workshops! This program is designed to provide individuals with the tools and resources they need to successfully re-enter the workforce. The workshop is divided into three parts:

Resume Building: In this section, participants will learn how to create a professional and effective resume that highlights their skills and experiences. They will receive guidance on how to tailor their resume to specific job postings and make it stand out to potential employers.
Mock Interviews: In this section, participants will have the opportunity to practice their interview skills in a safe and supportive environment. They will receive feedback and guidance on how to improve their communication, body language, and overall performance during interviews.
Financial Literacy: In this section, participants will learn about important financial concepts such as budgeting, saving, and investing. They will receive practical tips on how to manage their finances effectively and make informed decisions about their money.

Part 2: Mock Interviews

Welcome to our Mock Interview section! We know that the thought of facing a real job interview can be terrifying, so we're here to help you conquer your fears.

In this series, we'll put you through the wringer with a series of mock interviews designed to prepare you for the real thing. We'll ask you all the tough questions, from "What's your biggest weakness?" to "Why should we hire you?" But don't worry, we'll also throw in a few curveballs to keep things interesting.

And the best part? Our interviewers are all seasoned professionals. We'll give you honest feedback on your performance, but we promise to keep it light and entertaining.

Part 3: Financial Literacy

Welcome to our Financial Literacy Course, the final part of our 3-part workshop! We know that talking about money can be about as exciting as watching paint dry, but trust us, this course is anything but boring.
